Our purpose is to provide you with the practical and emotional support you deserve during this time of profound personal transition.

As women, our transition into motherhood is a journey filled with many highs and lows.  While we excitedly anticipate the arrival of our new baby, we may also experience some uncertainty associated with leaving behind parts of our lives and ourselves as we take on our brave new roles.

Sometimes you just need a little guidance and a friendly reminder of who you are in your purest form.  And that’s why I’m here!

My name is Anne Morgan,

Mother, Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher.

Long before becoming a mum, I earned my Masters Degree in Psychotherapy working with young families within the school system, and with new mothers as they transitioned into the role of primary caregiver.

Like many modern careers, mine did not follow a linear path, and instead of continuing on my professional path into Psychology, I launched a talent and modelling agency which became internationally recognised over the course of ten years.  This venture enabled me to advocate for the safety and wellbeing of the young women entering this often critical industry whilst nurturing their flourishing talent, maximising their potential, and providing thoughtful guidance and support throughout their careers.

Although I was passionate about what I was doing and enjoyed my award-winning work in this field, at some point, something began to feel out of alignment with my true self.

When I became pregnant, this feeling echoed so loud in my mind that it couldn't be ignored any longer.  Returning to my job felt almost foreign to me as I struggled with anxiety, birth trauma, and total, and utter exhaustion. The woman who returned to the working world did not feel like the same woman who left it.

With the help of a business coach and a therapist, I began to make sense of everything.  I quickly found the confidence to leave the stability of the professional life I had created for something more uncertain, yet rife with exciting opportunities. After more education and training, I was ready to embark on a new journey that I know beyond doubt is my true calling.

Through Sparkback, I created the support I needed most back then, and my commitment is to share that with as many women as I can so they never have to feel so alone on their journey.

Using my extensive background, immense experience, and core values, I am now on a mission to help other new mothers reconnect with their inner self, helping them to rediscover who they truly are while relying on their innate strengths and resources to navigate the emotional complexities of motherhood.

My goal is to reignite that fire within you, setting your soul free to live the life you've dreamt of, embracing motherhood without compromising yourself.

Together we will take inventory of your insecurities, concerns, challenges, hopes, goals, and dreams together.  We will look at who you are at your core.  Then, we’ll explore your true calling in light of your new identity and prepare you for the future you’ve always wanted with your growing family at the heart of it all.
